1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with MealZ Pro. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Since all payments are processed through Gumroad, refund requests must be submitted directly through Gumroad:
- Log into your Gumroad account
- Find your MealZ purchase
- Click "Request Refund"
Alternatively, you can email Gumroad support with your order details.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
- The refund request is made after 14 days from purchase
- There is evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
5. License Deactivation
Upon refund approval, your Pro license key will be deactivated. You will be reverted to the free tier with 3 daily vetos.
